How your request is handled

The short version

Your details are used for one thing: getting your painting request to a single licensed painter. They are not sold or added to a newsletter.

Form requests

Requests carry a name, a contact number, a suburb, a short job description and the page you were on. They arrive by email with the people who run this service, who pass the job on.

Phone calls

Calls to the number on this site travel through a call-tracking provider, which notes the calling number, the time and the duration. Voicemail messages are kept so requests are not lost; conversations themselves are not recorded.

Analytics

No advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts run on this site. Visit numbers come from the hosting provider's server logs.

Keeping and deleting

Requests are kept while the job is under way and for a sensible time afterwards for follow-up questions. To have yours removed, phone 0468 069 048 or send a request through the form.
